La falta de conos me encantacomoqueda pero jams en la vida podra vivir as xD (quiero decir sin conos of course) El reloj-brjula le da un toque tambien =)

Por ltimo quien ms usa Linux? los desktops de Linux siempre estn geniales... menos mi desktop en linuxque da verguenza ajena(supeingo) xD

Con todo el debido respeto spooky, ... SOS UN FORRO! yo quiero un desktop asi Y_Y con transparencias y tooo'

Este es el desktop que estoy usando hasta que me compre una nueva (ojala dios se apure):



REcientemente estaba usando debian pero el disko tenia muchos errores y andaba mal, pero muy mal, asique dejaba de andar, y el otro dia rompi la estructura sin querer. asique me quede sin linux.

Y estos fueron mis desktops cuando usaba linux mas o menos en serio:





PD: About el topic, bien ahi spooky, no me esperaba menos. :D me copo el thread.

muy lindo tu desktop juancho, pero no me gustaria usarlo a la madrugada, te parte la vista....
eso ademas de que nunca me acostumbre a usar gnome, tengo el maldito habito de tirar el cursor a los extremos, arriba a la derecha para cerrar ventanas y abajo a la izquierda para abrir algo (si es que lo hago con el mouse)

A mi me pasa al contrario, hace un tiempo usaba uno bien al estilo KDE, pero despues de un tiempo el contraste me hacía doler la cabeza, por eso puse unos tonos con menos contraste :).

En realidad agregué un panel abajo y puse todos los iconos ahí (quedo tipo dock), por cierto ahora cambie los iconos del dock y quedó asi:

Ubuntu feisty trae GNOME 2.18 y Gtk 2.10, debian etch todavía tiene Gnome 2.14 y gtk 2.8.x, por eso tengo dual boot con mi Debian de 64 bits y el Ubuntu :D.

no entiendo, si mi debian en testing tiene 2.16 ya (creo, es libgnome2-0 v 2.16.0-2) como es que ubuntu usa el 2.18? o sea, no creo que usen algo re bugueado, segun lo que lei de sus postulados.
ellos van desarrollando esas cosas no? o sea, eso. no?

Ubuntu es básicamente Debian Sid congelado, y más o menos debuggeado, y obviamente, hecho más fácil ;).
Debian Etch trae algunas cosas de gnome 2.16 pero la mayoría de 2.14, al parecer la gente de Debian le cuesta portar todas las aplicaciones de gtk 2.8 a 2.10. Tené en cuenta que GNOME 2.18 ya es estable, obviamente siguiendo los criterios de la gente de GNOME, y que el criterio de estable de Debian es realmente exigente :P.

apretá "impr pant" o "print screen" en inglés y subila a un hosting tipo imageshack.de o http://www.666kb.com/, imageshack te va a dar un link para que dice thumbnail for forums lo copiás y lo pegas en tu post, y lito :D

Despues les enseño como jugar cs online haciendole creer que estas en lan asi no es necesario jugar en un servidor lleno de gente desconocido con miedo a que le jueguen chueco con trucos y demas!!

p/d: si les mostrara los juegos que tengo se caen de ojete!!
